Consultation Requirement:
Consultations are required before all bookings. Please fill out my contact form before proceeding with any booking.
Booking and Payment Terms:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment date and time. All payments can be made through Cash App. By making the deposit payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to ALL of Lucky1's Photos policies.
The final balance is due at the conclusion of the photoshoot. Proofs will not be sent out until the remaining balance from the shoot is paid.
Late Policy:
An additional $25 fee will be added to all sessions where the client is more than 15 minutes late.
If the client is late and requires additional time, there is a $50 fee for each 30-minute period over the original end time. This extension is only available if Lucky1's Photos does not have another photoshoot scheduled immediately after yours.
After 30 minutes of tardiness, the photography session will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded. To reschedule or book a new shoot, a new deposit will need to be paid.
Weather-Related Rescheduling:
- Weather-related rescheduling is allowed if there is rain in the forecast or if the temperature is below 65 degrees or unbearably hot.
